Well, different faces might require different blades. For example, for me, Feathers act exactly opposite, first shave is great, they feel mild and sharp. Second one, not so good. Was not able to pass to the third one, as i had to replace the blade during the shave.
I'm having a blast with Gillette blades. Tried only two of them, Platinum (RUS) and Silver Blue. I just love Platinum ones, are my to-go blade at the moment. I actually feel the almost as mild as Derby, but more sharp. You might wanna give those a try if you have the chance. Silver Blues are not bad either, but they start tugging pretty fast.
