I hope this isn't too much of a personal question, because I have no intention to offend. But, your post makes me curious and wonder, how much and often did your Uncle smoke his pipe?

No offense taken. He had a pipe in his mouth every time I ever saw him. And he always smelled of pipe tobacco. To qualify that statement though, I only saw him 2 - 4 times per year. He was my "country" uncle who lived on a farm in the middle of nowhere.
