The RV/Shavemac has an ebonite handle modeled after the Simpson M7 handle with a 24mm knot and 48mm loft.

The Duke 1 is often used as a travel brush, and I’ll throw in a Simpson travel tube for free.

Other freebies: I’ll throw in a boar brush or a RazoRock Plissoft for free if you say the word (see the last photo) as long as it is not taken yet.

i am used to using synthetic brush. Should i stick to synthetic or try out best 1 or 2?
I've had a boar brush before, didn't like it at all because it was stiff and rough. Not sure how badger brushes compare to synthetics just because i haven't experienced any.

Synthetics are quite good but, in my opinion, you MUST experience a decent badger for at least a few shaves. I am a synthetic fan for ease, mostly. But the Wee-Scot comes out every so often for a terrific face lather that the synths just won't do.

Badgers are not as stiff as boars. A Duke 2 or Colonel in best are both good first badgers, IMO.

I have had and still have some fancy pantsy badgers and I use my 19mm Simpson Best Berkeley often. Great brush selection here sir! GLWS. That Coronel and Duke 2 would be headed here if I wasn’t on a spending break.
