I had a weird dream.

I know guys here have had shaving related dreams, but I had a first for me last night, a Brown Leaf related dream. So here it is:

I walked into my local Jewel Osco supermarket looking for a nice bottle of champagne for the missus. I headed to my trusty liquor dept. and noticed that there was a new sign advertising "Tobacco and Accessories". Intrigued, I perused the new section and a found a large desk with many drawers (weird for a supermarket I know) and a wire rack hanging above it. The desk was filled with nothing but loose tobacco of indiscriminate origin and Nording freehands! On the wire rack above were hanging metal cigar tubes emblazoned with the Red Stripe beer logo but instead it read "Escudo"! I pulled one of these "Escudo cigars" off the shelf and went to open it and then I woke up!

Anybody ever have a BL related dream before?

I seem to remember having one but it wasn't anything special, just sitting around puffing away. People were making fun of me for using a pipe though LOL.

Well... I also had a strange dream last night, a whole bunch of my friend got together for my birthday (which is this saturday) and a few of us went out for a smoke and to check on the steaks, after the smokes we went back inside to find all of the non-smokers fighting amongst themselves for some reason.... what I pull away from this is, I should make sure the people I invite for my birthday are all smokers of fine tobacco.

There's a tobacco shop in Sault Ste. Marie. I've been told it's pretty small (in the back of a furniture store), but I haven't had the chance to go there yet. But I had a dream that I did. I was surprised that it wasn't as small as I heard. It was huge. It looked like a Barnes & Noble, except the shelves were full of tobacco instead of books. There were books too (tobacco and books; helluva dream to wake up from) but it was mostly tobacco. Never got to sample any, though.

I knew "youse" wasn't English! It must be some sort of pidgin Hawaiian! :laugh:

I can't say that I have, though now that you mention Jewel, I'm going to be dreaming of some Jay's Potato chips, Portillos and all the great things I miss about Illinois... thanks a lot... lol

This is totally bizarre!!!! I swear I myself had a dream last night, I was stropping a straight and clean cut my strop in half! The people that frequent this beloved place really are cut from the same cloth!

And thanks for reminding me that I have gone far to
long without a tin of Escudo!

Used to have fun with Commander Yellow Pantyhose
No dreams yet, but frequently during the work day I'll get a taste in my mouth that makes me think of smoking a Latakia blend. Mind you, I don't smoke during the day and I get a taste of different blends in different days--just random tastes. Gets me through the day until I get home though and scratch that itch!

I'll have to check it out. Is it a pretty good store? Do they have a decent selection of pipe tobaccos? All I can get here on the island is Prince Albert and Captain Black. It would be nice to have something different.
