Thanks to the power of the G5 scuttle and years of experience making lather, I have successfully made nice lather with Williams.
I had a great shave, and will put it in my rotation.

Miracles do happen, Williams can be used to make good lather.

I have never had any trouble with Williams. It was the first soap I used and I still use it regularly. I personally love the scent. I'm convinced the key to Williams is soft water, which I have. When I have traveled with Williams to other parts of the country, presumably where the water quality/softness is different, it has performed much more poorly. It's definitely a local use soap for me.
