I've got a couple currently in my line-up. I have Gucci's Guilty Intense which I really love, along with Chanel Allure Sport Home, L' Eau D'issey and Paco Rabanne 1 Million. All my favorites!

Help us out a little more. What are you looking for? Something classic? Something fresh? Something similar to the Polo Black you are accustom to? Something totally different? Does it have to be a current designer bottle that can easily be found in the mall? Or are you willing to order something off the internet that may not not in stores anymore? You have to guide us a bit otherwise you will be getting all types of random suggestions.

But as always, the best thing to do is order some decants from Archefire to find out what you like.

and fades abit quickly during the day or night .
Having tried only a hand full of fragrances and after shaves in my time included in that list is : Brut,Old Spice,CK Eternity and Polo D/Black and my wife gave me David Beeckam Instinct and thats about it.

Well, you have a few options. I know what you mean about wanting to try them in stores. However, as you have found out, stores don't seem to have very nice offerings (especially concerning the classics). Archefire in the vendor section offers tons and tons of decants for the best prices out there and I am pretty sure he ships to Australia. Also, this website has several people who sell decants in Australia.

If you are looking into classics, my three favorites are YSL Rive Gauche, Guerlain Habit Rouge, and Guerlain Vetiver.

If you order decants from Archefire or someone on the website I listed and you like them, then you can go ahead and order a full bottle online. It is actually a good idea to get decants regardless and wear them a few times to see if you like them enough to buy a bottle (especially when considering more expensive bottles). You may find you like the smell of a fragrance in the store, and then once you wear it for a few days you actually don't like it (has happened to me a number of times).

Think about giving the 3 fragrances I listed a try....they are all pretty popular around here and are actually very affordable for full bottles.

Cheers mate I will try to order some samplers
thanks for your help
