Hughes S-200, anyone heard of it?

My Dad was cleaning out a drawer and he found an old brush of his or his fathers, its by Hughes and the style is S-200. The side of the box also says Tek Hughes Products Limited, only thing I could find of them was an old job posting from 76. Its a wee little brush, but I suspect it'll need to be reknotted to be used, it's shedding hairs like crazy.

Anyone know anything about it?

I had a very simalar Culmak like that in a 1960's travel case. I couldnt make my mind up about the knot. Never used it and sold the set for a few quid.

I'm guessing its boar, it's pretty coarse. It's stopped shedding hair which is nice. I'm guessing probably department store brand.
