Here is the pertinent BST rule:

To create a thread (once every 15 days) you must be a member for 45 days with 50 quality posts

At the rate you are going you will be able to post in the BST in no time.

You also need to make sure that you post in the open forums. Posting here in Site Feedback the posts don’t count towards your post count total.
