In the upper right hand corner of every post is an icon of a triangle with an exclamation point... that's the "report this post to the mods" button. just click it, fill in the text box w/ why you are reporting that post (eg: porn, spam, offensive, etc.), hit send and you're done.
I just did that with the post mentioned by the OP. should be gone soon.

@Mods.. would it be a good idea to repeat the substance of my post above to all users... maybe as a site announcemnt or something? It seems like this function is not well known to the members.
How come MY icon doesn't look like that? I see a little sheet of paper with a red circle thingie...it still says "report post", but it looks different...

+1 on that, I did look for Report this Post but still didn't see it
It's right next to the post number and above the posters user info such as location. the icon might be different if you're using the newer page skin, come to think of it.
edit: in the b&b page style, it looks like a (red) stop sign with a page behind it.
Different browser, perhaps. I'm on Safari, and I too have the paper and red circle.
I have used this feature in the past and it DOES WORK.

It's the page/forum style selection...if you go all the way to the bottom of the page, there's a drop-down box on the left...B&B Default is the one I'm using, and it shows the "report post" as I described. The Vb default style is the way Rich describes it.
Quick work was made of this spammer. This is the first time I saw it happen in real time. Spammer had 4 or 5 posts up on the B&B home page pretty quick. Those postings were short lived. Good work mods.
