How to build this

Now the question is, what do I do with it? I don't have a lathe, and I don't know how to turn wood....

Have you ever heard of UFO handles? I own one of them and I love it.

Also there are multiple sites that sell them. Ebay has some random handles for sale. Rodney Kneep makes handles as well.
