How many variations are there of the flared tip?

Well as the title implies, I was just wondering how many variations there are of the Gillette SuperSpeed with the flared tip? I'm not talking about the ones with the colored tips. I am just wondering about the ones that succeeded the 1940's SS. So far I've seen three different tips:

I was also wondering if there is any difference between these three flare tips and also how they compare to the 1940's SS?
