My first post! Been a lurker for awhile and learned enough to get an informed introduction to wet shaving from the members. And then the brush bug bit me. So now I now have four brushes:

I believed one was OK. I used one, a boar brush for 3 months.totally happy with one. Then some friends gave as a synthetic one as present. Totally happy with the new addition. Then I got 3 vintage badger brushes as a Pif from a gentleman here in the forum. Not totally happy with them (nothing wrong with the brushes, just me) but these 3 have helped me know what brush to try next.
I know at least that I need to try another new medium quality badger brush.

So... 1 brush is only needed unless you get another by mistake or by desire...

One. A super simple/cheap badger and it is shedding now. Hopefully Dark Holler's with be ready before I need to buy a second one.

Look at me. 1 brush for 2-3 years. Then close to 20 the following 3 years. The collaboration Paladin is fantastic btw.
