15 DE, of which 4 are OC (3 vintage [1918 SR, Hoffritz travel and a Marspen] and an R41), 1 slant (RR German 37), 2 adjustables (slim and MS 2000). Of the others my favourites are a WS sticky, a EJ DE89 and a travel tech.
11 SE, 1912, 1914, 1924, Featherweight, and a push button in the Gem/Star ER family. A Valet autostrop (not too fond of), a WS Empire, a Rolls razor and 2 Schick injectors (I and L) and a Pal injectomatic.
1 cart, a FII Neo for nostrils and Tagus trimming.
No straights, the rehoned Rolls is the nearest I've come.

Currently own 14 DE razors, with 3 in a regular rotation. Getting ready to thin the herd by about half pretty soon.

I have:
- Merkur: 41C, 37C, Progress
- Mühle: R41 (2013), R107
- PAA Bakelite Slant
- MingShi 2000s (Futur clone)
- Fatip Piccolo
- Wilkinson classic
- Soluna tech clone
- Gillette Old Type (thick cap, made in England)

I own five and all five are in my rotation: Weishi 9306c, Edwin Jagger Kelvin DE89, PAA Bakelite Slant, 1962 Gillette Tech Ball End and a Ming Shi 2000s (Merkur Futur clone). I've only been wet shaving for nine months, and have been trying to find out which razor and blade combinations give me the best shaves. At the moment, my favorite is the PAA Bakelite slant -- gives me BBS shaves with two passes and a little cleanup. Best bang for the buck, in my opinion. Second is the Ming Shi, which gave me a great BBS shave yesterday, on its top setting with a new Permasharp blade. Today, with very little growth, I used the Weishi, also with a Permasharp blade. Very smooth, but not as efficient. I figured I'd give my face a rest from the more aggressive razors, but I think I'm starting to prefer the aggressive ones.

If you looking aggressive look into getting an Ikon Shavecraft Tech, muhle r41, and a parker variant.

I'm up to 11, 3 modern razors and the rest are all vintage Gillettes. Of those, 3 don't get much use. I don't plan on purchasing any more unless I find deals that I can't pass up.
