What's new

How many colonges do YOU have?

Full bottles, decants, or samples!

I think:

Full bottles: 6ish
Decants: 10 - 12
Samples: lots!

Not counting the AS (aqua velvas, old spice, etc.)

Nothing I have is super stuff, but I'm slowly acquiring a nose for finer colognes (much to my wife's and wallet's dismay).

Jacob

Bvgari Avqa
Bvgari Extreme
Carlos Corinto
CK Eternity
Encre Noire
Ralph Lauren Safari
Armani Black Code
Burberry Brit

Eventually will get some T'erre D'Hermes. Possibly try other Burberry scents with time as well.

About twelve in current rotation out of a stash of twenty which move in and out of the rotation over time. Another five which I have and will always have but wear infrequently. Finally ten or so that I need to sell or throw away.

Nowhere near enough - seriously, I only dabble in colognes. The fact that I'll take the time to list them is evidence enough.

Floris Sandalwood (always looking for more)
QED Badger and Blade
Royall Musk
Saint Charles Shave Bay Rum with a Twist

And of course a gaggle of Floris and Penhaligon's samples that I've barely made a dent in over several years.

Probably too many. I have so many samples and minis I probably don't need to buy anything for a long time.

Besides current products I buy a lot of older colognes in my hunt for razors. As long as they are in glass bottles they seem to be fine. I have way to many but its part of this AD problem I have. I have included a few AS but the older AS has a fragrance that lasts longer that some of the newer colognes, an example would be Woodhue which was called a lotion. Off the top of my head:

Woodhue
Tabac
Green Irish Tweed
Polo Green
Ralph Lauren Safari
Ralph Lauren Blue
Halston Z-14
Jade East
CK Eternity
English Leather
Burberry Brit
Grey Flannel
SCS Savoy Rose
SCS New Spice
Tommy Bahama Signature
T&H Trafalgar
Cool Water
Acqua di Gio
Royal Copenhagen
Ogallala Bay Rum
Aramis
Avon Signature
Avon Leather
Avon Wild Country
Avon Windjammer
Avon Deep Woods
Avon Spicy
Avon Tai Winds
Chanel Antaeus

OK, I have now scared myself. I am not going home and counting this stuff. Of course there are samples I didn't list.

...long list of colognes...

:blushing:

I'm rarely impressed, but I'd have to say that's the best well-rounded collection of cologne I've seen in awhile. I have a lot of junk in my collection, but your crap to gold ratio is sufficiently nil!

BTW, I've yet to try 3rd Man. Can you give me an overall description of it?

So far (decants where noted):

Aqua di Parma Blu Mediterraneo Fico di Amalfi
Chanel Pour Monsieur
Christian Dior Eau Sauvauge
Crabtree & Evelyn Seinna
Creed Virgin Island Water (1 oz decant)
Creed Millésime Impérial
Creed Vintage Tabarome (20 mL decant)
Creed Himalaya (8 mL decant)
Creed Royal Water (8 mL decant)
Dunhill for Men (1934)
Hermes Terre d'Hermes
Kiehl's Original Musk
L'Artisan Parfumeur Timbuktu
Penhaligon Endymion
Roger & Gallet Jean Marie Farina
Saint Charles Shave Sandalwood
Sonoma Scent Studio Encens Tranquille
Sonoma Scent Studio Fireside
Sonoma Scent Studio Fireside Intense
Sonoma Scent Studio Winter Woods

Also, I have probably over a hundred samples of various sizes, most from Chuck's Badger Decants, The Perfumed Court, and sets directly from the houses (Penhaligon, Divine, The Different Company, Saint Charles Shave, Sonoma Scent Studio, Ormonde Jayne, LAP, GFT, etc.).

Nothing real exotic on the list, but this AD is only four months old (hadn't used fragrances in 20 years before this past November...--this forum is a bad influence!); my "wish list" is much longer (way TOO long already, and I haven't even scratched the surface of the samples out there!).
