How long will a typical 150g/5.3oz Tub of cream last for you?

I have wondered how long a tub of ToOBS cream would last me if I only used it. I suspect it would last at least 365 days if I shaved 6 days/week.

How long could you stretch a tub if it was your only source of shaving cream?

Sir David, my approx use is 1/2 to 1 g of cream/shave. So you might be able to stretch the TOBS tub to a year.


But, more relevantly, Why do you need to use only One shave cream?
We see that you rotate your razors; so why not same with soaps and creams??
And, how about spouses?

I know. I see the practicality of a buying sabbatical, but for some time I have wondered about a Spartan Shaving Year. One razor, one brush, one cream.
Is it possible? Probably.
Would I dare to try it? Why? Why when I have the privilege to shave with the variety of razors, creams, and brushes I have?
Could restraint be a form of variety? Nah.
