How complicated is your shave?

More Deep Thoughts than Jack Handy
My, incredibly simple, fifteen step shave process:

1) Fill lathering bowl with hot water
2) Place brush in the bowl/hot water.
3) Place razor and pre-shave on sink with lathering bowl and soap.
4) Shower.
5) Rinse face and neck with cold water.
6) Squeeze out excess water from brush and load damp brush from soap puck.
7) Build lather in bowl.
8) Apply pre-shave.
9) Apply lather to face and neck.
10) 5 pass shave...applying lather after each pass...razor is rinsed with cold water.
11) when shave is finished, rinse with warm water, then rinse with cold water.
12) Pat dry face with towel and remove any soap remaining from face
13) apply witch hazel w/aloe.
14) apply Lucky Tiger Face Tonic and let dry.
15) select and apply after shave.

Done!

My average shave is a two pass , wet the face , load the brush , shave , rinse and splash. Maybe 1/10 shaves I’ll go all out and get a pre shave going , hot towel , three passes and really enjoy the process to the fullest. It really depends on what I’m feeling that day because sometimes I enjoy just a quick two pass shave and on with the day!
