How abourt the least?

I know there's a posting on what was the most you ever spent on a haircut, but how about the least you ever spent on one? Lets rule out any you got for free, and just deal with what was spent on an actual payed for the service haircut.

For me that would be at the airman's club at Clark Airbase in the Philippines between 1966 and 1968. With your monthly club dues, you were given 4 coupons for either a manicure or a haircut. That made the cost of a haircut 25 cents.

The Head Shop. A one man shop in Sedro Woolley. Dave gives haircuts for $10 and I usually tip either 2 or 5 depending on how poor I'm feeling.
