Outstanding!!!

Just two plants have a little bug damage; naturally the one big(ger) pepper is coming in on one.

Don't know about you, but I have just one bottle of Minorcan Mayhem left.

Great on ribs! Great on chicken! Awesome on burgers! And when I added it to mayo and mixed up tuna ... Even SHE was onboard!

I'm temporarily abandoning hot sauce for cooking with fresh Datil peppers.

Chopped up and thrown in with Philly steak is amazing, though admittedly warm.

And you have to cook this outside. It was like being OC sprayed ...

A cheese soufflé just went in the oven. Not exactly hot sauce, but the béchamel is laced with Cholula.
