Hone help in northern NY or New England

Hey guys,
I'm a newb here on B&B, and I'm really excited to start shaving with a straight razor for the first time. I have run into a roadblock, however. I don't have a straight razor.... I've found a JR Torrey on EBay that I like but I am sure it needs to be honed before I use it. It also has a little surface rust on the spine. I'm wondering if anyone on here knows of someone in the Northeast who can touch up my first razor for me. Thanks for your help!
