home made Thai iced tea

Mmmmmm...I love Thai iced tea, anytime of year, and always with Thai food.I thought I would give it a shot at home,so I went to the Thai market and bought the brand that most Thai restaurants use here.First thing I noticed is that the label lists "green tea".I'm no expert, but I know black tea when I see it,I have been to the tea fields of Mount Kilimanjaro 5 times over the years. Also,no "spices" or "flavorings" are listed, but I know they are in there. The directions say 4 tablespoons per cup of water, could this be true ?,that's a super dense tea, even though you plan to pour it over ice and dilute it somewhat. After I followed the instructions,I let it cool, then poured over ice, then I topped it with a teaspoon of condensed milk. The condensed milk was in the fridge,a mistake,I should have let it sit a room temp for awhile to aid dispersion...What technique do you guys use ?? Any tips ?
