I think the former is perhaps the case. What seems out of kilter? It's an adjustable in an adjustable box. The pictures are not of great resolution and it's on eBay, what more can you ask?

It's looks like a Slim Adjustable in a Fat Boy adjustable box, no?

My Slim fits in the Fat box, but it bounces around when upside down.

The slims came in a different case. They came in the colorful cases like the blue, or white.
