This came in the mail today. My son celebrated his 18th a little over a month ago. Wonder what they are sending him? Fusion, maybe? Anybody seen the contents of one of these boxes?

Yup. Fusion. One cartridge. And coupons.
I was thinking a straight razor will give you those facial percentages....
The Fusion does a great job....for 3 shaves or so. Then it goes downhill. But for a couple of shaves, it's BBS heaven, and much easier than a straight to boot.I was thinking a straight razor will give you those facial percentages....
carefully open it and replace the Fusion with a vintage Gillette and blades. Reseal.

LOL! Wish I'd thought of it! Here is his "kit" that he took on vacation a couple weeks ago. He took his black handled Super Speed, Personna Comfort Coated + blades and some Spanish gel. He's already been indoctrinated!
Gonna have to get him a proper Dopp!

I can't throw him under the bus like that. TSA regs and fear of the tube spilling its contents in flight account for the sandwich bag and duct tape!

I remember Gillette sending me a razor when I was 18 as well. I wish they hadn't. Put me into a misery, I didn't realize there was a escape from until I discovered B&B. Please intervene, for his sake!

It's all good. His first razor was a Merkur 1904. I think he's a lifer.
My Son received the same thing for his 18th a Fusion handle and (1) cartridge.
I received a Mach 3 for my 18th bday 11 some years ago. It's a great move on Gillette's part, but I wish I had found wet shaving sooner!
I recieved an Atra on my 17th birthday.
