Hi and help please

Hi all been wet shaving for. A while but decided to branch out and seek new razors and products etc to try.
On my search I came across this razor stamped 430.030 gillette aristocrat? #16
I have pictures that I will attach. I have not bought this yet as I am looking for info about it first and also a price guide if anyone can help.

It seems its Not a number 16 according to Some knowledgeable chaps and it is more likely a number 15. Looking forward to receiving it.
