Thank you Scott, Jim, And Brian, what a great way to remind people of such an important check up. I hope you guise get every member In the Nib and the whole of B&B to get themselves check out. The new blue on the pen looks amazing too

This was actually part of my bi-annual complete physical that I got done this past jan.

Hey say your in and get that great tag and a chance at the pen and post in the main thread for a shot at the gift certificate

I've been checked twice so far...one of the pleasures of old age...but I'm not scheduled for another for a couple more years. Despite all the jokes and negative comments you might hear, it's not that bad and the reassurance that all is well is well worth it.

During my routine physical in Dec., my doctor said I needed to have one scheduled for my next check up in May. He said he suggests it at 45, rather than 50. (I just turned 46 in Feb.). I have been scheduled to have it done in May along with my physical. I have to say, it has made me nervous, but as stated, the piece of mind is worth it.

Awesome that you guys drive awareness like you are! Many thanks from all for being good people!
I am scheduled!

I'm glad all you guys are being proactive with your health! I'm not up to that age yet, but plan on getting this done once I am. Hopefully all you guys get a clean checkup and congrats to the lucky guy that's going to walk away with the F-C pen!

Thanks to whoever added my Check 6 badge. I have no family history, and my doctor hasn't seen a reason for me to get checked yet. I'm very happy to help spread awareness about this disease, however!

I checked with my doctor and he said no need. I still checked though, does that mean I am eligible for this pif?

Benefits just kicked in this week at new job. Scheduling my annual physical later this week. I'm still young (29 next month), and have no history, but I'll ask my doc about the possibility of getting checked (for health, but mostly for the pen).

I'm also working on drawing a new avatar with a logo my company (a Medicare Advantage program) used for their CCA campaign.

Successfully enabled both my Father AND Father-in-law to go get checked! They're both scheduled. The best kind of enabling, if you ask me.

I'll ask about needing one next time I'm in for a physical but I'm not sure when that will be. New insurance won't start for another six weeks I think.
