I don't own that watch but I know that Oris has a very good reputation. It is a very sharp looking watch but I bet that 17.5% VAT is a little hard to swallow.

you should check watch forums like timezone, they usualy have a inside dealer secion, i know the spanish forum relojes especiales has a section where some watch stores get rid of excess stock or refurbished 2nd hand watches at a significant discount,
