Help with Mama bear soap order

Greetings friends,

This is not a complaint and this is not intended as a negative call out to a business owner. I am just looking for some guidance.

I placed my first order on the Mama bear website last Saturday. I never received any sort of confirmation back after I placed that order. I decided to wait a few days to see if I would receive any sort of confirmation or a shipping notice. Today I thought I should contact them to make sure my order went through. When I sent an email to the address listed in their contact us section the email came back as undeliverable. Is it normal not to receive any sort of confirmation? Should I do anything at this point or just sit patient?

That sounds weird. I would give it a few days or look for a contact phone number. Maybe website/cart problems?

Is this the email you used? Contact them right away. Sue usually gets orders in the mail the next day.

That is not the email that I used. The email listed on her website is [email protected] which is where I sent the mail. I will try the email you listed. thank you

Both e-mails are listed on the website..with the gmail one being the newer.

They don't have a phone number on the site.

She is going on, or is already on vacation, but her FB page said someone else is going to take care of shipping out orders. Perhaps the caretaker doesn't have access to that/those e-mail accounts?
