Help with info for J*JSTE JUDICATOR J&R Dodges Razor

I found this today in Rogers, Minnesota and I have had trouble find any info on it as it appears to be a name of a merchant who placed the wording on razors. It appears that the use of the phrase was very prestigious in its day and it was like a stamp of quality. maybe it is around 1860 to 1880s etc. any info would be greatly appreciated, thanks

I think it's a light strike on the U and no R - JUSTE JUDICATO. I've seen others but never had my hands on one.
Here's a link with some info from a previous B&B thread.
J&R Dodge were saw makers according to these guys.
In any case, it's from Sheffield so she's bound to be a good shaver.
