Help with a final identification?

Hi guys, found this for 10$ from a local man. From the blurry pics I was thinking either Golden Rocket or Aristocrat Jr (british-made though).

Now, I'm pretty sure that it's a Rocket but your final input is welcome as you're all much more knowledgeable than I am.

-Gold plated
-Diamond base-plate
-No patent # or date code (that last one is coherent with it being made in england)

Am I right to assume it's a rocket?

thanks, sometimes it's nice to compensate for the times I overpay on the bay due to the lack of vintage razor market around here. Those local finds are less than once a year so when I really "need" (ridiculous term of course) there is no real other option...
