It’s a vine, like trumpet vine. But I’ve never seen it like this. Any ideas

Hard to say without scale or more pictures, but it might be clematis...

I can see the "Chihuly Inspired" aspect of it.

The guy does amazing blown glass work.

Does a single seed look like this?

They do look like clematis to me.

Kind of reminds me of a flower I saw on a hike in the Sierras - they called it a Western Anemone / pasque.
