I've got a 30 year old khaki London Fog trench with a removable Thinsulate liner that still looks very sharp when worn over a suit, etc. I wear an olive waxed cotton LL Bean upland hunting coat for casual wear and it works great. I'm not at the point of needing to re-wax yet, but don't have a problem doing that myself.
