help me identify..

picked up a gillette razor from an antiques shop and I can't really tell what it is... i've never seen it before.

I can't take a pic, because my camera broke, but I'll attempt to describe.

It looks a lot like my tech fat handle. Except... skinnier. The handle is almost the same shape, but it's about half as thick. The heads are very similar.

Underneath the head it says "Made in England" and has the gillette diamond logo.

Any ideas on what this is?

Being English, I doubt that will help a lot with this, but it is interesting/usefull stuff.

And I wish I could help, but without a picture.... It just is not ringing any bells. Is it a three piece like the Tech?

yeah, it's 3 piece. the handle looks pretty much exactly like the fat handle tech, but it's slimmer and slightly shorter.

i tried to take a pic with my phone, i'll see if I can get it on here.

Well, I've never seen that before. Neat, a possibly rare fat(?) handled tech variant.

Well, I just plain don't have a clue.

I think I am a little more uncertain on the British razors that the American ones, and I think that is probably true of most folks here.
