Help me identify this handle

Greetings Gentlemen

I found this rather nifty, solid feeling handle laying around in my house. Unsure which brand it belongs to or what types of cartridges go with it. I believe it may have been given as a sample at some point, and once the original cartridge was used up, the handle fell by the way side. I'd like to draw on your collective experience to help identify it. Thanks a lot.

Not sure what it would take. I have never seen a handle like that before. @Sabre may have an idea.

I have one just like it but in white. It is a Dorco handle as reported above. Any Dorco cartridge with three blades or more will fit it. Mine came with a 7 blade cartridge. I remember seeing the black handle advertised with a six blade cartridge.
