Do you have a closeup of the tang?
Is sheffield mentioned, with england, or just sheffield?
Does it have the B----> + mark?

So from what I have gathered here, it is from 1890 or later. Import laws changed then, and a product had to state country of origin, not the city like before. So it is somewhere between 1890 and the time W&B went kaput.
Someone else should be better able to narrow it down.
