Help in identfying a SE razor

A friend just go this razor from his sister who thinks it might have been their father's. I am guessing that it I more likely from back in his grandfather's day. This picture is all I have seen and I know nothing about SE razors. That being said, I know where I can find expertise and opinions. He would love to know what he' s got.
