Help identifying these blades

I received this in my WCS sample pack, but it looks like they've shuffled around what blades go in which pack.

Standard white container. The top has a blue piece of paper with "10 double edge blades, made in Israel." The paper around each individual blade says "super platinum" and not much else.

What are they?
