Help ID this razor?

I decided not to get it. You can't find blades for it anymore, but I think half a DE blade could be rigged to be installed if you wanted. If I am going to get a razor that takes a half DE blade, I want something modern like the Yaqi Katana or Leaf Twig/Thorn razors. Hower before I get any of those, I must satisfy my vintage Gillette open comb RAD.
