Help id Gillette Tech set

I found this and have never seen this Gillette Tech set before. It is similar to "The President Statesman" that Pan America gave away in the 50's. The Tech razor has a date code of K 3 so 1965. The cap has a roman soldier head. No other marking on the container.

Here is my Pan American set. The razor is an A 4 so 1955.

I'm sure plenty of hospitality companies gave away amenity kits with Gillette products. Cheap and useful comps.
Search for some 1960's hotel or railway with the soldier's profile as a symbol. Sorry, can't help much.

Very nice. I found this kit on the 'bay:

(Mine has jewels on the cap. )

In fact, that is my "secret" to finding NOS Techs. Got two on the 'bay by searching for "vintage shaving kit".
