Haha, indeed. It's a pleasure to be here. The quest for knowledge and enlightenment never ends. I started looking for opinions on soaps, now I'm (currently) fascinated by the thought of making good soap. So easy!

Hi guys. Thought I'd drop a line here after my nearly 2 week absence. Last week started with an infected tooth --my God it was horrible. My head felt like it would explode. That blew the entire week. Still not 100%.

Now, back to shaving. I received a RR GC .84 Open comb! (Actually, miscommunication made 2, one new Halo I need to get rid of.)
Wow, what a difference. Light touch, requires focus at least for now. I plan to review it when I get time. Currently using the new GC .84 OC + Feather blades, Omega 49 boar brush which is getting broken in, RRock P160 soap, Proraso green pre/post shave, and a little witch hazel if I nick myself. I've been thinking of maybe a menthol grinder, I need a kick in the *** once in a while.
