I’ve been wet shaving for probably 13 years. Still have my original Merkur 47c.



Only recently been dabbling in the vast array of artisan shave soaps. Really love the Spearhead Soaps. Sea Spice Lime And Blackwatch are my favorites. Purchased Barbershop and Executive man from Stirling, Cold Spices and Beach from PAA. Going to start sampling from A&E and Blackship next.

Welcome, and nice! I've only used 3 soaps. Dove shower soap, Proraso, and the best I've used so far was www.classicshaving.com Sandalwood soap.

For me, a soap not to be missed is Canada Shaving soap. It’s unscented so you’d have to use your favorite splash or cologne, but the soap is worth it, at least for me. If you are in the States, Amazon has it in stock off and on with free Prime shipping.
