I ended chatting with VB support and they helped figure out my problem, which still exists but there is a work-around solution to it in order to make it usable. I have it shelved for now though. I hope you got a good price for your razor.

I purchased it off Ali express for 12$ and sold it for 8$ approximately (550 Indian rupees).
