Haslinger soap

I shaved with the Haslinger lanolin and tallow based soap today and I couldn't be more pleased. It lathered easy and felt like fluffy clouds on my face. I did have to add a bit more water then usual but once hydrated it was slick and smooth. The scent is similar to MWF, but it does have more of a lightly masculine perfume smell. If you love the fat I recommend giving this a go. This soap was suggested to me by another member and he couldn't have been more right! Has anyone tried any of their other soaps??

Oh yes. The Schafmilk which you mentioned; also rotating through Honig, Sandelholz. All produce great lathers.

On deck (provided I ever finish a puck of soap) is the Coconut, Meeresalgen, and Ringelbumen!

Never tried MWF (BLASPHEMY)... But I have the Haslinger Lanolin... It is a nice soap and part of my rotation... Cheers!

Simply one of the best soaps out there! I've tried three now, the Schafmilch, Salbei (sage), and Ringelblumen (marigold). I couldn't be more pleased.

The sage's lather is a teeny bit strange looking as it is slightly blue. These are truly some under-appreciated soaps.

The Schafmilch is in my top three all time favorites.

I've tried Schafmilch and Ringelblumen and thought they were excellent as well. The slightly blue lather seems interesting, I'd like to see that.

I have the sage, aloe, and the seaweed. The seaweed variety is one of my favorite soaps, and made the normal rotation.

I really enjoy Haslinger Schafmilch. I liked it better than MWF. It has a similar scent and lather, but it's easier to lather, at least in my experience. I also really like Haslinger Honig. It's my preferred winter soap.

I used Salbei, Sandelholz and now Coconut. Excellent soaps. Very easy to lather and that all for low price.

Seeing as the Haslinger pucks are only small I may have just been convinced to put one on deck when my current Marlborough puck and Year of DR Harris are finished.

They certainly are fantastic soaps.

now you guys have me wanting to try all the different soaps. All day my face has felt amazing! I would go on record saying its now in my top 3 soaps. Great stuff!!

Haslinger is great! The Schafmilch is my favorite.
We have discussed its merits here: http://badgerandblade.com/vb/showthread.php/316049-Haslinger-w-Lanolin-is-it-as-good-as-The-Fat

I also have a few others:

Rasierseife Schafmilch mit Lanolin
Rasierseife mit Salbei in der Dose
Rasierseife mit Meeresalgen in der Dose
Rasierseife mit Coconut in der Dose
Rasierseife mit Ringelblume in der Dose

I have not tried the Coconut and the Salbei yet, but the others are great soaps too.
The Ringelblumen (which is Marigold I think) has a nice scent.

I think it is good to see that this little puck becomes more widely available and appreciated.

I have only tried the Honig and it is amazing stuff! I am an avid user of MWF and am afraid of the Schafmilch. I am afraid I will like it better that da Fat. Plus the pucks are really small. The one I have tried is an outstanding soap though.
