Has anyone seen or heard from "Third Eye"?

I am hoping someone can help me with a small problem. I asked Ray Fournier (Third Eye) if he could sharpen my Straight Razor for me. He said yes and we had the deal in place. That was 2 months ago. I have written to him and he said he would send it out three Saturdays ago. Now no answer to my e-mails and to the private messages I have sent him through B&B. I said in an e-mail that I didn't want to be the bad guy here and if he is too busy to sharpen it for me he could just send it back. Still no word. Am I missing something?

Ray has has health issues lately, but is on the mend.
