In Australia and many other Commonwealth countries, today is marked as Remembrance Day. One minute's silence at 11am on the 11th day of the 11th month, the end of WWI, 140 years ago. We remember all those who have served and died in armed conflicts.
Thank you to all who have served, or are serving.
And, we should be thanking our dear brother @luvmysuper for his 21-years of military service as well. It's fine brave folks like him, who served our country, so that folks like me could be free, and get to enjoy the wonders of traditional wet shaving. Thank you Phill!

I think I can speak for Vets in general when I say that our service was a Privilege and an Honor, and we are lucky indeed to have been provided the opportunity to serve.
Happy Veterans Day to all my comrades in arms! I can honestly say it was an honor and privilege to serve with so many great men and women from across the US as well as from all over the world a couple times. In that spirit and in their memories, happy Armistice Day!

I'll be spending the day with my Dad, a Vietnam veteran. Saturday we'll be attending the funeral of my Uncle who was a B-17 pilot in WWII.
