Hamilton Fairlane

The Hamilton Fairlane is an off-catalog model that was made from 1964 through the early 1970s. It was an exclusive model for Ford Motor Company. Ford used them for their 35th anniversary employee awards. The watch is a 10K solid gold case.

I really like the elegance of the simplicity of the face. All of the ones I've seen have a similar engraving on the back. Mine, which is worn so it doesn't show up well in the photo, was awarded to Edward Frankowicz in 1964. He started with Ford in 1929.

Beautiful piece. And great history. Fairlane was a Ford model so great connection. Is it a manual wind? Curious as to the case size too. Thanks for sharing and congrats on this. Enjoy.
