What's new

Hadn't shot in a while, but took the Sig 226 out today

Took a friend shooting today, and decided to shoot my sig 226 in .40. Not too bad for me at 12 yards...I really love that gun...and I dislike my HK USPc equally as much.

Nice! A 226 is on my wish list. I don't know to many people who wouldn't want to find one under the tree this year.

I love my sig p250 in 9mm. i suggest trying one.

I also love the USPc too lol.

My favorite is my EAA witness .45 gold :) i can do the same above at about 50ft

Nice shooting. The P226 is my first love but more recently I have acquired a mistress (Walther PPQ).

Check out my username ;)

how do you like the PPQ.

I recently sold my beloved PPK (had it go full auto on me, after replacing all the springs, gun smith told me that it was common with the stock grips)

I've been looking for a replacement

I picked up a p226 mk25 a couple months ago. I love that gun, but unfortunately with the different rail it's difficult to find a holster for it.

I swore I'd never own a piece of "tupperware". Sig all the way, etc. Well, I had an opportunity to try a PPQ and couldn't believe how much I liked it. The ergonomics, the smooth/light trigger and for goodness sake the accuracy were all incredible. Now don't get me wrong, I still love Sig. But I find myself going for the PPQ more often these days. If you haven't tried one I'd look for a range that has one as a rental.

Don't want to hijack this thread. So back to the Sig discussion...

By the way aside from the P226, I also own a P6 which I tend to prefer because it's a single-stack. Fits my hand like a glove :)
