The music is cool, it relates to our Toggle lovers thread here http://badgerandblade.com/vb/showth...-things-Toggles-here-pics-and-tips?highlight=An ingenious solution for a non-existent problem for most people. It reminds me of the old trick of opening your Zippo and striking it on the leg of your jeans. Looks cool but - why? And yeah, the cheesy, porn-like music is perfect. Now if you're really good at that one hand stuff you should be able to open the razor and load a blade without putting it down.
I quit years ago, yet I feel like a smoke after that video.....
The Toggle had a few function issues. One was the adjuster dial became hard to turn after gunk built up in it. [Today, This can be fixed by hot water and dawn]. The other problem was that the toggle switch would freeze and sometimes it rendered it useless. Many users thought that it was permanently damaged so they would complain, return it , or toss it. This may have led to its design demise. The frozen toggle switch is a minor detail, it can be loosen up with a few good pulls. But i assume that many users did not have this info on hand and probably tossed it or just let it sit in bathroom drawers for years and not use it.I wonder if it might have been less expensive to manufacture a toggle?
There would be no threading for the TTO feature, so perhaps it was less complicated.
I'm not really sure, I don't own a toggle
The prices on the Toggles have risen steadily for last 5 years and counting. No wonder the price of these have jumped up so high! Very sweet!
I had no idea that I had something in common with the Toggle.it can be loosen up with a few good pulls.
