I use a green Weber Performer grill. It's my second one and I love the ability to use gas yo light the charcoal. It makes resusing charcoal from the last cook simplistic. I've recently purchased a new cook rack with a cast iron circle in the middle. It marks steaks beautifully and the regular grating is of a much heavier guage. I think anyone with a 22.5" grill will love it.

I have a weber performer and use the gas assist lighting sometimes but mostly use a chimney starter. I have a weber stainless veggie tray that gets used regularly and a weber rib rack that I've never used and have no idea why I bought. Ribs are meant to be stacked!

• Half thickness fire bricks. Cheap, durable and they work better than this or this...

Topgumby, how do you use the fire bricks? Lay them against the inner wall inside the charcoal area?
