Great customer service with LeesRazors.com

Last week I made an order with leesrazors.com for a Vulfix 660 Super Badger Brush, among other shaving goods. Well the package arrived last night and I got all my creams and soaps but the brush was completely missing. I decided to give leesrazors an email stating the situation, fully expecting my email to be returned the next evening. 15 minutes later I've got an email stating that my brush was on it's way in the mail and that Lee was extremely sorry for the inconvenience. I then realized the timezone difference and discovered he had answered my email at 3:30 AM.
Of course it would have been better had my brush originally shipped with my order, but I was really impressed at the speed of customer service.

I agree, but that just shows class on his part for stepping up :wink2:
 
I'm going to check them out for sure. Anyone who takes care of their customers like that deserves at least a shot at my business.
 
While there are other vendors who also provide great service, no one does it any better than Lee. Great guy.
 
I will have to check this vendor out. So far I've been really happy with John at West Coast Shaving though. He actually hasn't given me any reason to have to contact him though :)
 
I got my first batch of goods from Lee. Since I was new to DE, I had so many questions. I called, and I got Lee himself. He answered my questions so thoroghly and he seemed interested that I got the best stuff for the best price for what I wanted to do.
