I really like Proraso regular cream, the Eucalyptus scent and the menthol chill are awesome, but I am just not a cream guy...
So thinking of the chill I jumped to Vostok, I think it is maybe a bit pricey compared to other soaps, but it will last a while and I just had to try it. I made a mistake on my order, but Mathew got my email right away and fixed it before it was shipped, even gave me a bit of a refund! Order arrived quickly and I went straight to the grater and put it in a stick. Very satisfied with QCS.
This stuff is quite cold
, without being abusive to me and I really love the scent. I think it could be a little much for some folks though
. While grating it my wife's nose started running and she said it reminds her or Vicks Vaporub, but to me it is more of Peppermint and Menthol. But then again she says Arko smells like a recently cleaned public restroom...
It was easy to lather, and likes lots of water.
Followed up with "The Rub" and later a touch of "Brisk" (my evening shave go-to). This is going to be great this summer!
