You should read a book entitled "Dave's Way" that was written by the late Dave Thomas, who founded Wendy's. Dave wrote about there being three kinds of Wendy's locations. The first one is the place where customers visit only in a pinch. The second is where the customer might or might not visit and the third kind is where people want to visit that location in particular. Do what you can to make your location the one that people want to visit and you'll be fine.
